Straight answers to the questions we hear every day.

Will a tune void my warranty?
If your truck is still under manufacturer warranty, a tune can potentially affect warranty coverage on powertrain components. We can walk you through the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and what it means for your situation before you commit.
How long does a tune take?
A standard flash tune (pre-made map) typically takes 1–2 hours. A full custom dyno tune with multiple maps and data logging usually takes a full day. We'll give you a specific estimate based on your truck and goals.
Do I need mods before tuning?
Not necessarily. A stock tune on a stock truck still yields noticeable improvements in throttle response and power delivery. However, if you have exhaust and intake mods, a supporting tune is essential — running mods without a tune leaves power on the table and can cause issues.
Can you tune my truck remotely?
Yes, for select platforms. Remote tuning requires compatible hardware (like an EFI Live AutoCal or HP Tuners device). You log data on your end, send it to us, and we push the revised tune back to you. Contact us to find out if your truck qualifies.
What HP gains can I expect?
On a stock truck, a good tune typically adds 40–80 HP and 80–120 lb-ft of torque depending on the platform. Combined with exhaust, intake, and other supporting mods in a Stage build, gains of 150–350+ HP are achievable on the right platforms.
